Conditions: 

  1. Refurbished like new: After going through our 30-point inspection, a device will be classified as Refurbished like New when there are no visible cosmetic damages on the device, and there are no hardware damages and software issues found.
  2. Refurbished Good Condition: After going through our 30-point inspection, a device will be classified as Refurbished Good Condition if the device has some barely-visible flaws cosmetically, such as a few scratches on the device due to everyday wear and tear. Good condition devices’ flaws are generally easily concealable, or is barely visible unless it is observed closely.
  3. Refurbished Average Condition: After going through our 30-point inspection, a device will be classified as Refurbished Average Condition when the device has flaws that are easily visible. These devices often times have the best value for your money, especially for the latest makes and models. Devices under this category would have visible flaws that can generally be concealed with a good case and a screen protector.

What are Refurbished Phones?

Refurbished phones have been previously used, and traded back to the service provider when a customer upgrades their phone and/or exchanges it for another model. The service providers then sell these devices to wholesale suppliers like ourselves. Our certified specialists will then fully test all aspects of the phone with our 30-point inspection process and makes sure that the phone is working like new. Any minor issues found will be repaired and the device will be certified as refurbished.

What’s the advantages of buying refurbished phones?

There are many advantages of getting a refurbished phone, but most important is that you can get up to 40% off of the retail prices on the latest devices.

What Type of Warranty comes with the phone?

All phones come with a standard 90-day warranty.  We also offer an extended warranty the covers your device for 2 years after the original 90-day warranty is up.  The warranty is generally 10%-15% of the purchase price of your device.

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty is the same as the manufacturer’s warranty. It covers all basic components and functionalities other than liquid or physical damage.

What does the extended warranty cover that the regular warranty doesn’t?

The extended warranty covers the same issue as the original 90 day warranty for 2 years.

What is Physical Damage ?

Physical Damage are damages that occur or are apparent with the hardware of your device. For example, if you drop your phone and the screen breaks, or when your device is exposed to moisture or incurs liquid damage. Basically, any damages that occur due to abuse on the device is considered physical damage.

What happens if my device breaks and it’s under warranty?

Simply fill out a Warranty form on our web site (we need to discuss this form with Syed to have him create it). Once the form is submitted we will reach out to you within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to ship the phone back so we can have it repaired or replaced if needed.

If your phone needs to be replaced and we do not have the exact model, we will offer you a different phone of the same price or a model that has the same specifications as the device you bought.

What does Certified Refurbished means?

Certified refurbished means that the phones have been repaired and inspected by a certified technician, and has guaranteed the device has passed our 30-point inspection test.

Return/Exchange policy

Wireless Warehouse offers a 7 Day No Hassle Exchange Policy for a device that is equal or greater value. If you choose to return the device for a full refund, you will have 7 business days from the date you received your device in the mail or in person to do so. There is a 20% Restocking Fee for your return, which is mandatory and no exceptions will be made.

Are all your phones unlocked?

No, not all of our phones are unlocked. It will be indicated on the item whether it is unlocked or which provider it is locked to.

What’s included with buying a phone or a tablet?

Refurbished devices will come in a box containing Batteries, and USB data/charging cable that is suitable for the device, and a wall plug.
